Evacopter

Evacopter puts you in the pilot's seat of a rescue helicopter flying through cities struck by disaster. Streets are cut off and rooftops are crowded with people waiting to be picked up; your job is to navigate through the danger, collect survivors and carry them to safety before time runs out.

The game is drawn in a 2.5D pixel-art style, with cities around the world to fly through. Controls are simple, but each world is tougher than the last, and new worlds unlock as you progress. Later on a new threat arrives from the sky, building up to a final showdown against invaders from above.

Sessions are short, so it suits a few minutes on the go as well as a longer run. The game is available in English, German, French and Turkish and starts in your device's language. Evacopter is free to download, with in-app purchases.

The developer states that Evacopter is adapted for iPhone Duo: when the phone is unfolded, the game fills the 7.6-inch inner display, giving the pixel-art cities and the flight area more room. The developer does not describe a specific folded, half-open or Split View mode. DuoDiscover has not yet tested Evacopter on a device; the screenshot comes from the developer.
