Salesforce is the mobile app for the Salesforce CRM platform, free to download for people whose company already uses Salesforce. It opens on Mobile Home, a personalised set of cards that surfaces your favourite reports, list views, tasks and events, so you can see what needs attention at the start of the day. From there you can look up and update accounts, contacts, opportunities and other records, and use the mobile-optimised Lightning apps and components your organisation has built across Salesforce clouds and industries. Custom push notifications, configured by your company through Notification Builder, alert you when business data changes. Security is enterprise-grade, with data protected in transit and on the device, and administrators can apply stricter policies through Enhanced Mobile App Security and Compliance. The app is aimed at sales, service and operations teams who need to work with customer data away from a desk; what you see depends on how your organisation has set up its Salesforce instance. Apple named Salesforce in its October 22, 2026 iPhone Duo announcement, saying the app helps teams manage customer relationships with more of their dashboards in view. Salesforce's own release notes do not currently mention iPhone Duo.

In its October 22, 2026 iPhone Duo announcement, Apple says Salesforce helps teams manage customer relationships and act on business insights, with more of their dashboards in view. Apple describes no outer-display, half-open or Split View-specific feature for Salesforce, and the app's current release notes do not mention iPhone Duo. DuoDiscover has not yet tested Salesforce on a device.
