Zoom Workplace is the mobile app for Zoom Communications' collaboration platform. Its core is video meetings: you can host a call or join one from a link or meeting ID, share your screen, and talk with colleagues, clients or classmates. Around the meetings, the app also includes Team Chat with channels and file sharing, Zoom Phone for business calling, email and calendar views, Zoom Scheduler for booking time, Docs for shared editing, Whiteboard for brainstorming, and Clips for short recorded video updates. Zoom's AI Companion is built in and can take notes, produce meeting summaries and answer questions about a call while it is in progress. The app is free to download and has a free plan. A paid Zoom Workplace Pro subscription, sold as an in-app purchase, adds longer meetings, cloud recording and more AI features. Many people will already have a Zoom account through work or school, which they can sign in to. Zoom is one of the third-party apps Apple named when it announced iPhone Duo on September 9, 2026. Apple said the Zoom app can turn the phone's 7.6-inch inner display into a video conference room where you see the shared content and the other participants together, so a presentation no longer has to take over the whole screen during a call.

In its September 9, 2026 announcement of iPhone Duo, Apple listed Zoom with Netflix and Slack as third-party apps already taking advantage of the folding design. According to Apple, the Zoom app can turn the inner display into an immersive video conference room, where users see the shared content and the other participants on the call at the same time. Apple did not describe how Zoom behaves on the 5.4-inch outer display, in Split View, or with the phone half open, and Zoom has not published release notes about iPhone Duo. DuoDiscover has not yet tested Zoom on an iPhone Duo.
