Quenched

Quenched is a hydration tracker from Swift Fox Software that shows your daily goal as a pool of water that rises as you drink and moves when you tilt the phone. The daily target is calculated from your weight, body profile, activity level and climate, with pregnancy and breastfeeding profiles, and can be adjusted at any time. Beyond totals, it gives a Hydration Consistency score that looks at how evenly you drink through the day and suggests when to take the next sip.

Logging is designed to be quick: quick-add buttons on the home screen, a dial for custom amounts, and a choice of ounces or millilitres. Around 30 built-in drinks each carry their own hydration percentage, from coffee and matcha to kombucha, and custom drinks can be added. Caffeine is tracked alongside water. Trends cover ranges from seven days to a year with rolling averages and goal streaks. There is a full Apple Watch app with complications, Home Screen widgets with working quick-add buttons, Siri support and two-way Apple Health sync, and history syncs through your private iCloud without a separate account. Quenched Pro is available as an annual subscription with a free trial or as a lifetime purchase.

The developer's iPhone Duo page says Quenched 1.3.3 and later is designed for iPhone Duo, on the outer display when closed and the inner display when open, and was ready on launch day. Its screenshots show the open phone using two-column layouts: the Today ring and quick adds beside the consistency card and chart, the Water Log calendar beside that day's drinks, Trends split into streaks and charts, and Settings as a list with a detail pane. Held open in portrait, Today shows a single column. The 1.4.1 update notes mention fixes for the first iPhone Duo users. DuoDiscover has not yet tested it on a device.

Quenched is developed by Swift Fox Software LLC.
