Pillow

Pillow is a sleep tracker that analyses sleep cycles using an Apple Watch, or an iPhone or iPad placed nearby. With a watch, tracking can run automatically: wear it to bed and Pillow detects the night and produces a report, which can also be viewed on the watch alongside an overnight heart-rate analysis. Reports break the night into awake, REM, light and deep sleep stages and give a sleep score. A smart alarm aims to wake you during a lighter stage of sleep within a chosen window. Pillow can also record nighttime audio events such as snoring and sleep talking, using on-device machine learning to pick them out, and it lets you compare sleep quality with other Apple Health metrics to look for patterns over time. Widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen and Apple Watch complications are included. The app is free to download, with optional in-app purchases. Version 6.7, released on October 22, 2026, opens its release notes by saying Pillow is now optimized for iPhone Duo in every pose, and also fixes a rare alarm issue when an alarm was set on both iPhone and Apple Watch.

Pillow's version 6.7 release notes (October 22, 2026) state that the app "is now optimized for iPhone Duo in every pose". The developer does not detail what changes between folded, unfolded or partly open states, so it is listed as Adapted. DuoDiscover has not yet tested it on a device.
