HealthFit

HealthFit is a training companion for Apple Watch users that reads the workouts and health data already stored in Apple Health and turns them into deeper fitness metrics. It is aimed at runners, cyclists and other athletes who want more than the summaries in Apple's own Fitness app, and it works without creating an account. The app calculates training load along with fitness, fatigue and form (the CTL, ATL and TSB model familiar from coaching platforms), shows heart-rate zone distribution, and offers year-over-year comparisons and training heat maps. Its activity feed lists workouts with maps, photos and key numbers, and individual sessions can be analysed for pace, elevation, power and cadence. Equipment tracking covers items such as shoes and bikes, and workouts can be synced out to other fitness platforms. The 12.16.3 update, released on October 21, 2026, lists iPhone Duo readiness first in its release notes, with the developer saying the app is fully optimized for the device with adaptive layouts. The same release adds a medium Up Next widget covering four weeks of planned workouts, export of Recovery HRV readings to supporting platforms (on Apple Watch Series 12 or Ultra 4), and the option to hide the Friends tab.

HealthFit's 12.16.3 release notes (October 21, 2026) say the app is "iPhone Duo Ready" and fully optimized for iPhone Duo, with adaptive layouts designed for its display. The developer does not describe specific folded, unfolded or half-open behaviour, so it is listed as Adapted. DuoDiscover has not yet tested it on a device.
