Grow

Grow is a health companion for Apple Watch wearers that brings steps, sleep, HRV-based stress, workouts, hydration and sunlight exposure into one place. Each day you can work towards a set of goals and earn a Perfect Day, with habits that can be set up to be gentle or strict and room to skip a day. The app offers HRV stress insights and a training readiness view to help you decide between activity and rest. Monthly global challenges award digital badges, and the latest update adds a Challenge Badge Corkboard to display them, with a matching Home Screen widget, plus a Discover section in the Challenges tab. Grow Care lets family and friends look out for each other, with notifications when someone's stress rises or their readings look unusual, and the app can remind friends who have not exercised for a while. Grow is free to download, with a Premium tier via in-app purchases. Version 2.7.0, released October 21, 2026, adds iPhone Duo support.

The developer's release notes for version 2.7.0 say Grow is ready for iPhone Duo and adapts to the screen when folded or unfolded, in portrait or landscape, and in side-by-side layouts, for a bigger view of your health data. No fold-specific feature, such as a half-folded mode, is described, so it is listed as Adapted. DuoDiscover has not yet tested it on a device.
