DriveDex
Fuel, costs and maintenance logs for every vehicle you own
DriveDex is adapted for iPhone Duo (rebuilt with the iOS 27 SDK or later to fill the inner display) as of .
About this app
DriveDex is a vehicle logbook from independent developer Florian Seida. It keeps track of usage, running costs and maintenance for cars, motorcycles, boats, bicycles and other vehicles. It handles vehicles measured in miles or kilometres, machines with hour meters such as boats or off-road bikes, and vehicles with no meter at all, like bicycles, where you log usage yourself. You can log fill-ups and see real fuel consumption, record expenses to see where the money goes, keep a full service and repair history, and track road trips with statistics. The app reminds you when service is due. It also supports Home Screen widgets, Shortcuts, Siri commands for quick logging, and iCloud sync across your devices. The app is free to download and use. Pro features are available as a monthly or annual subscription or as a lifetime purchase. Version 2.5.0, released October 20, 2026, lets you open vehicles, statistics and individual logs in separate windows from the context menu on supported devices. The same release says DriveDex now makes better use of the screen space on iPhone Duo and iPad, and it brings speed improvements and bug fixes.

How it uses iPhone Duo
In the release notes for version 2.5.0 (October 20, 2026), the developer says DriveDex now makes better use of the available screen space on iPhone Duo and iPad, keeping vehicles and their details easy to reach. The same update lets you open vehicles, statistics and logs in separate windows on supported devices. The notes do not describe a separate folded or half-open layout, so DuoDiscover lists it as Adapted. DuoDiscover has not yet tested it on a device.
